Hosted Neat

We run your graph. Your agent just connects.

Neat is free to self-host, and always will be. Hosted Neat is for the teams who'd rather not run it — a managed, always-on graph of your system, plus an agent that fixes the bugs it finds. Both are on the way.

Managed hosting

Your live graph, always on.

We host and maintain the graph for you — kept current against your runtime, connected to your services, reachable over MCP from anywhere. No daemon to babysit, no infra to run. Point your connectors at it once and your agent has full-stack context on tap.

  • Always-fresh: the OBSERVED layer stays live, so the graph reflects what's running now.
  • Zero-ops: no self-hosted daemon, no scaling, no upgrades to chase.
  • Team-shared: one graph your whole team's agents query, not a copy per laptop.
Neat Sniper

It finds the bug. Sniper fixes it.

Neat surfaces a real bug from the graph. Sniper takes it from there — pulling the blast-radius code, the logs, and the edges into one bag, then running it through a gated pipeline. Every gate is closed by default; the next only opens when the previous one passes. The first failure halts the run, and no PR ever opens. When it does open one, it's on a topic branch, tests already green — a fix waiting for your review in the morning.

Gates closed by default — each lifts only on the previous step's pass. First thumbs-down halts the run; the verdict trail is recorded, and nothing ships.
